Jane Twiddy was born c.1744, the daughter of John Twiddy and Susannah (née Mayne). She married Thomas Pattern in 1766 and there are six known children. She died in 1807 in Terrington St Clement, Norfolk.

I Jane Pattern of Terrington Saint Clements in the County of Norfolk Widow do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following.
I give and bequeath unto John Wright of Terrington Saint Clements in the said County (many years my servant in Husbandry) the Sum of two hundred and ninety pounds to be paid him by my Executor hereinafter mentioned within twelve months after my Decease.
All the rest and residue of my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever that shall or may belong to me at the time of my Decease after paying my just debts, Funeral Expences and Probate of this my last Will and Testament I give and bequeath unto my four sons viz Thomas Pattern of Walpole Saint Peters in the said County Farmer, John Pattern of the same place also Farmer, Michael Pattern of Tilney All Saints in the said County Butcher, and Robt Pattern of Walpole Saint Andrews in the said County Farmer share and share alike but if either of my sons shall die before me then my Will is that the share or shares for that my son or sons shall be equally divided between their children the survivor or survivors of them share and share alike.
And I do nominate constitute and appoint my son John Pattern of Walpole aforesaid whole and sole Executor of this my last will and Testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fifth day of April one thousand eight hundred and seven.
