Miss Tracey Jayne Slator, fourth daughter of Mr and Mrs R. Slator, of High Road, Whaplode, and Mr Michael John Pattern, eldest son of Mr and Mrs T. E. Pattern, of Gimmels Gate, Sutton Crosses, were married at St Mary’s Church, Whaplode, by the Rev M. Kirkham.

Given away by her father, the bride wore a white shantung dress with an off-the-shoulder neckline, short puff sleeves, a fitted bodice and dropped waistline with a full bo-peep style skirt and train. She carried a bouquet of pink and white silk flowers.

Bridesmaids were Miss J. Slator and Miss H. Ambrose.

They wore pink satin dresses with off-the-shoulder necklines, short puff sleeves, fitted bodice, drop waistline and full
crinoline skirts.

They received gifts of gold necklaces.

Best man was Mr Steven Pattern.

A reception was held at the Bridge Hotel, Sutton Bridge. The couple’s future home is at 28 King’s Street, Sutton Bridge.

The bride is a shop assistant at Gateway Foodmarket, Holbeach, and the groom works for his father at Sutton Crosses.
